NB: Bookings are done online through Nightsbridge only, with no bookings done through telephone or email correspondence.

• We offer a contactless billing process, SELF-check-in, and check-out experience to our guests.
• Book and pay to secure your stay. NO Payment = NO Booking.
• A 50% deposit is required to secure all cottage bookings.
• One-night bookings are to be paid in full upon booking.
• Balance to be paid 7 days before arrival. 
• There will be NO REFUNDS for cancellations made within 14 days of the date of arrival.
• Early departures are non-refundable.
• There is NO credit machine payment facility on site.
• Minimum booking of 2 nights policy on weekends.
• Minimum booking of 3 nights policy on long weekends.
• Bergsicht Country Cottages have multiple properties in different locations.
• There is no reception, guests proceed straight to their booked cottage.
• We will send you check-in/out instructions either the day before or the morning of your arrival.
• The speed limit on the farm is 20km/h, guests use the same access roads as we do for farming activities.

**THE FOLLOWING IS NONE NEGOTIABLE AND NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED.**

• Arrival time from 15:00 pm.
• Check-out time is 10:00 am.
• No day visitors allowed.
• The number of people is restricted to the number of beds per unit. Rates are charged per number of guests staying in the unit.

• No pets allowed.

• No smoking inside the units.
• Low to no noise policy. No parties or loud music.
• No children or babies are allowed at our Couples Cottages or OUTPOST units, due to unprotected Hot Tubs and wood-burning stoves.
